Your health plan should reflect your body, lifestyle, and priorities. Let our Las Vegas wellness team help you create a more personalized path forward.

A More Informed Approach to Preventive Wellness

Your health cannot be fully understood through one symptom, one laboratory result, or one number on a scale.
Factors such as nutrition, physical activity, body composition, metabolism, cardiovascular fitness, genetics, hormone health, sleep, stress, and lifestyle may all influence how you feel and function.
The Silver Wellness Program brings several areas of health assessment together within one coordinated program. Instead of receiving disconnected measurements without a clear plan, you have opportunities to review your results, ask questions, track changes, and receive personalized nutrition and exercise guidance.
What Is Included in the Silver Wellness Program?
The Silver Program includes scheduled consultations, twice-yearly laboratory testing, follow-up care, mobile blood-draw services, personalized nutrition and exercise planning, annual wellness assessments, and selected member benefits
Scheduled Consultations:

These visits give you an opportunity to discuss how you are feeling, review changes in your health, evaluate your progress, and ask questions about your laboratory testing, nutrition, exercise, body composition, physical performance, or broader wellness priorities.
Consultations may include discussions about:
- Energy and daily performance
- Weight and body composition
- Nutrition and eating habits
- Exercise and physical activity
- Sleep and recovery
- Hormone-related concerns
- Metabolic and cardiovascular health
- Current medications and supplements
- Sexual wellness
- Changes in symptoms
- Long-term preventive health goals
The focus of each consultation will depend on your individual health history, results, concerns, and goals.

Comprehensive Blood Work Twice Annually:

The Silver Wellness Program includes comprehensive blood work twice each year, along with follow-up consultations to discuss the results.
Routine laboratory monitoring can help establish personal baselines and provide opportunities to observe changes over time. The specific tests ordered will depend on your medical history, symptoms, medications, age, and clinical needs.
Once your results are available, the Ageless Forever team can help explain important findings and discuss whether additional evaluation, continued monitoring, lifestyle adjustments, or other next steps may be appropriate.
Laboratory results are not evaluated in isolation. They are considered alongside your medical history, current concerns, lifestyle, medications, and other relevant information.
Personalized Nutrition and Exercise Program:

Silver members receive personalized nutrition and exercise guidance based on their current health, assessment results, lifestyle, physical ability, and personal goals.
Generic meal plans and exercise routines may not account for individual differences in metabolism, body composition, experience, schedule, food preferences, or physical limitations.
Your plan may focus on goals such as:
- Weight management
- Fat loss
- Increased lean muscle
- Improved body composition
- Better cardiovascular fitness
- Greater strength and endurance
- Improved mobility and function
- Healthier eating habits
- Metabolic wellness
- Athletic or recreational performance
- Healthy aging
Recommendations may change as your measurements, fitness level, health needs, or priorities evolve.

Annual Health and Performance Assessments
The Silver Wellness Program includes a series of annual assessments that provide information about genetics, body composition, resting energy use, aerobic fitness, functional strength, and heart activity. These measurements can help establish personal baselines and provide more objective ways to monitor changes over time.
Annual DNA Test:

The Silver Program includes one DNA test each year.
Genetic information may provide insight into certain inherited traits and biological characteristics. However, DNA results should not be treated as a complete explanation of your health or used independently to determine medical care.
Results are most useful when considered alongside your health history, laboratory testing, lifestyle, physical assessments, and personal goals.
The Ageless Forever team can help place relevant findings within the broader context of your wellness plan.

Annual DEXA Scan

One DEXA scan is included annually with the Silver Wellness Program.
DEXA, also written as DXA, uses low-dose X-rays to assess bone mineral density. Depending on the type of scan performed, DEXA technology can also provide information about body composition.
Body-composition information may include measurements related to fat mass, lean mass, and how those tissues are distributed throughout the body.
This can provide a more useful picture of physical progress than body weight alone. For example, a patient may reduce body fat while preserving or increasing lean muscle even when the change on a standard scale appears modest.
DEXA results can help support goals involving:
- Fat loss
- Lean-muscle development
- Weight management
- Bone health
- Fitness
- Physical performance
- Healthy aging
Repeated annual assessments also create an opportunity to compare changes over time.
Annual Resting Metabolic Rate Test

The Silver Program includes one Resting Metabolic Rate assessment each year.
Resting Metabolic Rate, commonly shortened to RMR, refers to the energy your body uses while at rest. Clinical metabolic testing can measure oxygen consumption and carbon dioxide production to assess resting energy expenditure.
This information can help create a more individualized nutrition strategy rather than depending entirely on generalized calorie formulas.
Your RMR result may be considered alongside your:
- Body composition
- Activity level
- Eating habits
- Exercise routine
- Weight-management goals
- Muscle-gain goals
- Health history
RMR testing does not determine a complete nutrition plan by itself. It provides another piece of information that can be used when developing personalized recommendations.

Annual VO2 Max Test

One VO2 Max assessment is included annually.
VO2 Max measures the body’s maximum capacity to use oxygen during physical activity and is commonly used as an indicator of cardiorespiratory fitness. It reflects the combined function of the cardiovascular, respiratory, and muscular systems during exercise.
The assessment can help establish a baseline for aerobic fitness and may be useful for patients who want to improve:
- Cardiovascular endurance
- Exercise capacity
- Athletic performance
- Training efficiency
- Stamina
- Long-term physical function
Your results can also support more personalized exercise recommendations based on your current fitness level rather than assumptions about your ability.
Annual Grip-Strength Test

The Silver Program includes one grip-strength assessment each year.
Grip testing provides a straightforward measurement of functional strength. Although it does not represent every aspect of physical ability, it can be tracked alongside DEXA results, body composition, exercise performance, and other wellness measurements.
Annual testing can help show whether strength is being maintained, improving, or declining over time.
This may be particularly relevant for patients focused on:
- Maintaining physical independence
- Building or preserving muscle
- Improving functional fitness
- Supporting healthy aging
- Measuring progress in a strength program

Annual ECG with Interpretation:

Silver members receive one electrocardiogram, or ECG, with professional interpretation each year.
An ECG, also called an EKG, is a quick and painless test that records the electrical signals produced by the heart as it beats. It can show heart rate and whether the rhythm appears steady or irregular.
The results are reviewed in the context of your health history, symptoms, physical examination, medications, and other relevant findings.
An annual ECG is not a substitute for emergency evaluation or specialized cardiac testing. Additional assessment or referral may be recommended when clinically appropriate.

One Neurotoxin Treatment, When Appropriate:

The Silver Wellness Program includes one neurotoxin treatment annually when applicable.
Neurotoxin treatments may be used to soften the appearance of expression-related facial lines and support a smoother, more refreshed appearance.
Treatment is personalized according to factors such as:
- Facial anatomy
- Muscle movement
- Areas of concern
- Medical history
- Previous injectable treatments
- Desired outcome
An aesthetic consultation is required to determine whether treatment is appropriate. Participation in the Silver Program does not automatically mean that every member will be a suitable candidate.
Additional Silver Program Benefits
In addition to consultations, laboratory work, planning, and annual assessments, Silver members receive discounts on selected aesthetic, nutraceutical, and AMP services.
20% Off Eligible Aesthetic Treatments:

Silver Program members receive 20% off eligible aesthetic treatments at Ageless Forever.
This benefit allows members to incorporate selected aesthetic and rejuvenation services into their broader wellness plan at a reduced cost.
Available treatments may address concerns involving:
- Fine lines and wrinkles
- Facial volume
- Skin texture
- Visible signs of aging
- Body contouring
- Overall facial rejuvenation
Treatment eligibility and current discount terms should be confirmed with the clinic.

20% Off In-Office Nutraceutical Purchases

Silver members receive 20% off eligible nutraceutical products purchased through the Ageless Forever office.
Professional supplement guidance can be helpful for patients who are uncertain which products are appropriate, whether supplements may interact with medications, or how a product fits into their broader wellness plan.
Supplements should support—not replace—appropriate nutrition, physical activity, medical care, and healthy lifestyle habits.
Recommendations may consider your diet, health history, laboratory findings, medications, and individual wellness goals.
20% Off AMP Services and 4 GAINSWave Treatments:

The Silver Program includes 20% off eligible AMP services. The current program benefits also list four GAINSWave treatments as included.
GAINSWave is an in-office soundwave service offered through Ageless Forever’s men’s sexual wellness services.
Suitability depends on individual concerns, medical history, professional evaluation, and the clinic’s current treatment protocols. Members should confirm current AMP benefits, included treatments, scheduling requirements, and eligibility before beginning care.
