Before joining Ageless Forever, Paige worked across U.S. clinics offering medical-grade DEXA scans, resting metabolic rate (RMR) testing, and VO2 max assessments—giving athletes and everyday individuals precise data to optimize performance and longevity. Her approach stands out for its integration of psychology: she helps patients break mindless snacking, rewire poor food relationships, and eliminate self-sabotaging habits, creating a foundation for effortless maintenance.
